Theoretical PART: - Technical Overview; - Raw Materials; - Equipment Introduction; - Presentation of Gelato production; Tasting PART: Together we will mix and batch one flavour to taste. Gelato buffet: - Sweet - Savoury - Festive Practical PART: Have fun and make something just for you. Duration - approx. 2,5 - 3 hours. Beginning at 18:00. Cancellation policy: *Full refund if canceled 3 days prior to event. Contact us: *The organizer reserve the right to cancel or postpone event if there are less than 8 participants.
